Guests enjoy panoramic views at this resort complex set atop a 200-foot cliff in Kauai's tranquil Princeville community; Hanalei Bay is just three miles to the east. The resort offers a pool as well as a pavilion with charcoal barbecue grills; the front-desk staff can arrange activities such as helicopter and boat excursions.

Condos offer patios or balconies with views of the ocean or grounds. All accommodations have ceiling fans, kitchens, dining areas, cable TV, and DVD players. Tranquil, beautifully landscaped with tropical plantings, and providing superb ocean views, this small resort caters to guests seeking peace, quiet, and all the comforts of home-away-from-home living.
A steep, paved, switchback path leads down the 200-foot cliff to a secluded beach that's good for snorkeling when the water is calm. On other days, when the surf is booming offshore, it's a tranquil spot for picnicking and watching the mighty Pacific roll in. There's a grassy area for relaxing, and an open-air pavilion with picnic tables and charcoal barbecue grills.

Comprising 98 units in 12 two- and three-story buildings, the resort displays the handsome plantation-style, wood-shingle-roof design popular on Kauai. This resort offers 98 units set on an ocean cliff. Views are of the ocean. Décor includes planked ceilings; ceiling fans; tropical-style furnishings; muted pastel fabrics. All accommodations have dining areas; full kitchens; washer/dryers; DVD players; VCRs.
The 9,000-acre Princeville resort community includes jogging paths, a six-court tennis center and two golf courses—the 18-hole Prince, ranked number one in Hawaii by Golf Digest, and the 27-hole Makai, where three nines radiate like spokes from the clubhouse.
